Group Registration

As an organizer, you are eligible for a free business account with Ready2Xscape INC. Organizers who register with Ready2sXcape.com (currently a ready2xscape manual process) will be able to add and edit tours directly on the website, be listed as featured tour organizer, gain access to your customer’s bookings, set payment plans, and collect payments.

Organizers can have the customers pay in full or divide their payments into 10 or less monthly installments. The Organizers will have the customer’s payments deposited daily, Monday through Friday via ACH directly into their bank accounts through a secure Novo Bank link.

Your customers can login into their dashboard to book new trips, view their wish list, make payments for their monthly installments, view receipts and more. 

Organizers may request a customer friendly payment link for emails, text or social media platforms from Ready2Xscape.com.  Now you will receive instant bookings, full or partial payment collection for your group trips.

Organizers may also upgrade their account for $25 month or $180 annually on Ready2xscape.com to be able to add their own a custom payment link on Ready2Xscape.com’s “Book Now” button that will redirect customers to the organizer’s website to complete the checkout process and make payments directly to you.

Submit a completed W9 form.  Upon approval, we will send detail instructions on how to submit your “Group Trips” to Ready2Xscape.com the number one website for black travel and events.
