This will be a 7-day experience where we would require each individual/group to arrive on December 14th before 3pm. This will allow the check in process to be more feasible and help us stay on schedule with our events.
We have a robust agenda packed with many activities to ensure that we not only gain exposure to this city, but also leave with memorable experiences.
Following your deposit, you will receive an email from our project manager welcoming you on board. Please do not book your flights as our logistics & coordination team will provide details and recommendations on flights at a later time.

Arrive at Hanoi International Airport. The airport code for Hanoi is HAN.
Welcome dinner
The welcome dinner serves as a great venue to make initial introductions and disseminate information for what to expect for the remainder of the trip. We have a themed welcome dinner and will be disclosing the attire to all travelers at a later time.
