Group travel is safe and fun. Urban Events Global is special because we actually know our destinations really well. We know the government officials, the club owners, the tour guides, the locals… everyone! We’ve designed our trips to give everyone a chance to be part of the group activities, without feeling locked in with every group activity. We’ve carefully planned out every tour and day to make sure you don’t miss the “touristy” spots, as well as the hole-in-the-wall spots. This is why USA Today has consistently voted us as a Top 5 Adventure Travel company!
Valid passport, visa, and proof of yellow fever immunization should accompany travelers before departure. Passports should be valid for at least 6 months before the departure date. An email copy of the itinerary and suggested packing list will be sent after your experience is paid in full.
Specific 4-star hotel accommodations will be received within 3 weeks of the trip with our trip packages and details.

Furthermore, consult with your primary care provider regarding any additional travel vaccinations. As an option, local travel clinics may be able to assist with travel vaccinations.
